Coaching is a collaborative process. In our weekly sessions we work together on what’s really important to you. In addition to using exercises, assessments, and other tools, I'll ask a lot of questions, listen deeply to what you’re saying (or not saying). Together we will co-create a focus that’s custom designed to help you build a better personal and business foundation that moves you towards achieving your goals.
In each session you will gain more focus and clarity. You will operate more efficiently as you strive for optimum performance. You will learn to listen better to your inner voice. You will act powerfully on what’s important to you.
The coaching relationship is designed by both of us, and may be refined through ongoing two-way feedback. Even though I am committed to the journey, you will ultimately be responsible for actions taken (or not taken) in your life throughout the process.
